Beach Leasure Centre Swimming Pool Demolition

After 3 years since Sport Aberdeen announced the closure of the Swimming Pool complex due to rising energy costs and reduced funding from Aberdeen City Council demolition work is well on its way.

First opening in 1989 the Swimming Pool, Flumes and Gym facilities served the Aberdeen City for 35 years. I've not flown or posted for pretty much 3 years and felt that due to my own childhood memories of going with friends, family and even school trips I wanted to at least capture a few last pictures of my own.

I admit I didn't use the facilities much since grown up but with my own wee three year old girl I know we would have now.

Hope you enjoy, not bad for a 9 year old drone and hope to do more in the near future.
